Why is 2go Displaying Google Adsense link on the App

Just recently I discovered that 2go social app for Android now have Google Adsense link at the bottom of the homepage.

I am a bit curious about what might have caused them do this, no matter how I think I can't find a reasonable answer. I don't know but don't you agree with me that this is a bit odd, Social app displaying Google Adsense link on it? Is it okay for them to do this or for other Social networking apps to engage in it, 2go are you running down financially or is it for advertising purposes?
